d’frens helped us with our first ever virtual onboarding program for college graduates at EY GDS in 2021. The challenge wasn't easy as we promise the exceptional employee experience; we had to cater to five different service lines, with unique onboarding needs covering diverse topics from project management to accounting, and advanced MS tools, as well as leadership skills like ownership and accountability for campus hires. Their final solution was a well crafted three week long learning journey, made accessible on a cloud based LMS platform, that wasn’t just experiential but also gamified. They didn’t just deliver and oversee the program, but expertly managed the design process, infusing it with their unique experiential engagement, all the while ensuring that the first experience of brand EY for our new hires was impactful. We approached d’frens with a need to establish a strong purpose and identity of Nestlé R&D India, both as an organization and an employer brand. Our objective was clear – Build a shared understanding of what it meant to be a part of Nestlé R&D and creating a platform for impactful action among the leadership team.The d’frens team went a step further and helped us create a strategy to not just lead but also inspire our employees by building a purpose that connects with their hearts!A two-day workshop facilitated by d’frens Director, Srikanth Murthy, laid the foundation for this initiative. The workshop included the participation of the entire Nestlé R&D leadership team.
