How It Works
Each team is given a core ingredient around which they have to build an entire business of the food truck. It includes everything. The look and feel of the truck, the signature dish, a side dish, presentation, pricing, branding and so on.
Each team is also given a specific brief about the location of their truck, the clientele and the time of operation.
Can your team make this a profitable business?
Placing themselves in the situation, the teams strategise, ideate, allocate responsibilities and get cracking.
3 ways in which FoodTruck encourages team bonding
Recognise each team members’ strength
With so many tasks to look after, it is important to know and make the most of each team member’s strengths.
You’ve got multiple things to finish. But your time is limited. Unless you plan and organise everything efficiently, you cannot get the job done.
Take ownership for your role
With so much to do in so little time, it’s not always possible for the team leader to supervise each member. Everyone is responsible for their own work.
