Role: Responsible for selling all our services – Team Building / Employee Engagement / Gamified Learning
Qualification: With 4-5 years of sales experience, in the hotel industry, consulting services or events industry. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills – both written as well as spoken. Should be industry aware (GK, business, events)
Locations: 1 in each city – Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi (3 positions open)
Role: Responsible for overseeing Employee Engagement customer requirements, with specific focus on key accounts. Role covers both business development and project deployment for these key customers.
Qualification: The candidate must have experience in an ad agency, and ideal candidate would have spent time in an agency as well as with a client (corporate). Should have a good understanding of human resources and should be able to ideate and sell services to HR managers by talking their talk. Should possess excellent communication skills – spoken as well as written, and should be very good at presenting ideas – by making catchy presentations that is supported with good delivery.
Role: Create content and creatives for our Employee Engagement and Team Building programs.
Qualification: The candidate must have experience in designing creatives for all audiences – Gen-X, Gen-Y and Gen-Z. He / she must be proficient in design tools, such as Illustrator, photoshop and Corel Draw.
