Long running employee program for fun at work
Reboot is probably India's longest running employee engagement program designed around fun. We started with on-floor activities, progressed to online games, large format activities and now four years hence, we still continue to run programs on a weekly and fortnightly basis.

Information Security Campaign
One of the world's largest Banks needed to find a better way to inform their employees about Information Security at the workplace and Risk. We designed a campaign that eliminated conventional media of electronic mail and posters. We created the awareness required by utilizing non-conventional media such as flash based games on clean desk policies, desktop origami pen holders, etc . Today we even work with their Global communications team on related campaigns.

Percolating the Organization's Culture and Values through their 21,000 employees
Our solution involved Interactive theater, high quality AVs, Online Custom games that tested awareness, on-floor activities that grabbed attention and maximized participation, comic strips and much more. By the end of three weeks, we had raised awareness to an unprecedented 89% .

Induction program
Our customer had 21 presentations that were delivered in two days. More often than not, the presenters were delayed and on many occasions, didn't turn up owing to pressing commitments. We worked with HR and Corporate Communications to develop an induction program that had the right elements to retain interest as well as ensure that the presentations were not people dependent. By adding interactive elements, we also ensured that subsequent induction programs (two every month since we developed it) would be fun and leave long lasting positive impressions.

Our employee engagement solutions are designed with your organization's needs in mind. We have worked with numerous industry leading organizations to create solutions for them that engage employees on multiple levels while helping organizations build a non-threatening platform to communicate with them.

We also create custom campaigns to drive home your messages on policies, workplace practices, IT security and more - all through non-conventional media and with a large helping of the experiential.

Long Term Employee engagement programs

As an organization you probably want your employees to have some time off. We know that a little fun at work or play at work - goes a long way to keep everyone happy.

Our question is, “What if?”

What if you could have fun at work that is aligned to your learning and development needs?

What if you could have an engagement program that makes your employees say “this is the best place to be”?

You can!

And that’s where our expertise comes in. We design and either run these programs for you, or we work a TTT model that supports your internal teams with all the necessary activity details, props, learning and takeaways.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGNS

Do you see email communication from marketing get directed to a junk folder?
Do you really notice all those posters that have been put up at your office?
When was the last time you read what was on those danglers hanging from the ceiling?

The odds are that you answered in the negative to one or all the questions above.

If you did, you are not alone - with the amount of communication (through various media) that is hitting an average employee today, recall levels are abysmal. You need freshness in your internal communication practices.

Over the last four years, we have developed into experts in integrating communication with experiential solutions.

One of our customers had to get all employees to stop wearing denims from Monday through Thursday. Our solution was to build a huge pile of old denims at the lobby and put up a large standee stating “Monday to Thursday, leave your denims here.”
In two weeks, the organization had a complete turnaround on compliance of the policy.

That’s what we’re talking about - creating a buzz and really driving home the message far more effectively than numerous EDMs would have.

Induction Programs

How do you design an induction program that is interactive and creates that all-important “great first impression”?

How do you make the content snappy, energetic, and interesting?

How do you ensure that your new joinees are ready to hit the floor running by the time they've completed their induction ?

The ones who’ve got the solution to these questions are our customers. Need we say more?
